All Levels Boxing

This class focuses on the fundamentals of Western style boxing. We teach proper footwork and boxing technique through various offensive and defensive drills. The class consists of warm ups, partner drills, focus mitt training, and bag work. The hour concludes with calisthenics. You will feel the burn with our intense series of push-ups, sit-ups and various other body weight exercises.

This class is offered:
-Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
-Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am - 11:00am.
-Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
